Francisca De Vries

Francis de Vries brings extensive expertise in the healthcare sector, covering both content and management aspects. Originally trained as a geriatric physiotherapist, she graduated with honours from a Post HBO program in business administration. Furthermore, Francis successfully completed modules in change management, innovation, and process management at Nijenrode.

Throughout her career, Francis held a variety of positions in elderly care, including serving as a geriatric physiotherapist and managing multiple treatment services and geriatric rehabilitation units. Her expertise predominantly lies in paramedical treatment, geriatrics, and gerontology, in addition to her managerial responsibilities. Furthermore, she served as a senior policy officer with a focus on quality and contributed as a co-author to several publications.

With her extensive management experience and educational background in business administration, Francis has acquired substantial knowledge in management and organization, management and care, commercial economics, and HRM. In recent years, she has been actively involved in supervising nursing and paramedical students in their practical research for their final thesis, as well as mentoring students in commercial economics and (post-) management studies.
