A coach should not simply tell you that something is incorrect. Students value feedback that explains why a research question is too broad, why a chapter lacks coherence or why a particular methodological choice needs further justification.

Practical feedback and clear priorities

When you receive extensive supervisor feedback, it can be difficult to decide where to start. Our coaches help you distinguish between major content issues and smaller improvements, so that you can work through the feedback in a logical order.

Your coach considers your degree programme, thesis topic, research method and the feedback you have already received. The support is adapted to your situation rather than based on one standard thesis format.

Students who already have a substantial draft may request an independent review of the content, structure and coherence of their document. The coach identifies unclear or incomplete elements and provides feedback that the student can process independently.

Support after an insufficient grade

After an insufficient assessment, students often need help interpreting the assessment form and deciding which issues deserve priority. A coach can help translate the feedback into a realistic revision plan.

Research and statistics support

Some reviews concern support with qualitative or quantitative research, including interviews, thematic analysis, surveys, SPSS, Stata, R or Python. The exact support depends on the method and the expertise required.

Academic writing and structure

feedback from your supervisor or assessor;

Your coach does not need to have completed exactly the same degree programme to provide useful support. However, the coach must have the relevant research, subject or academic-writing expertise for the work you want to discuss.
