Does your employer have a training budget available?

Many organizations have a training budget available that you may also be able to use to hire thesis supervision or receive coaching for any learning problems. However, it has been observed that in many organizations, 40% of the training budget remains unutilized and therefore goes to waste at the end of December. This is unfortunate, particularly for you! More and more companies are allocating a dedicated budget for personal training for their employees. With this personal training budget, you have the freedom to choose the training courses that you want to pursue, and it doesn’t always have to be directly related to your work. Additionally, the rules and restrictions for utilizing this budget are often more lenient, allowing you to use it for guidance purposes as well. To find out more about your organization’s development policies and whether you can utilize the personal or training budget for your graduation, refer to your collective labor agreement or employment conditions, or consult with your HR advisor.

Are you allowed to graduate with a training budget from your employer?

• Please consult with your HR contact person and/or manager to determine whether you can utilize the training budget for coaching or thesis supervision.
• Request a free consultation with Jouw Scriptiecoach
• After the initial assessment, we can estimate the number of hours required to guide you towards completing your project and determine the most suitable form of support (coaching or thesis supervision). We will send you a quotation, and please note that we are exempt from VAT, so a 0% VAT rate will be applied. Once the quotation is accepted, the invoice will be issued. The thesis supervision or coaching will commence upon payment of the invoice.
